Purpose: For automatic filling and packaging into 3-seam "Stick" bags from a roll of film.
Products: Bulk, finely granulated food products and materials for technical applications: sugar, salt, spices, seasonings.
Packaging materials: BOPP films, laminates, laminated paper, and multilayer films. Thickness: 20 to 70 microns.

Working principle: The film is unwound from the roll, passes through the tension roller, and then through the photomark control zone. On the collar former, the strip of packaging material is formed into a tube. The longitudinal/center seam is sealed. Next, the horizontal sealing jaws seal the film with two cross seams and cut between them. At this point, the previous bag is sealed, and the bottom of the next bag is sealed. Once the new bag is formed, the machine sends a command to the doser to release the product dose. The doser dispenses the product into the prepared bag through a tube. Simultaneously, the bag is advanced to the required length. The length of the bag is controlled by the photomark printed on the film or, if the material lacks a photomark, by the length setting on the machine. After the bag is filled and extended, the machine sends the command, and the horizontal sealing jaws begin the next cycle — sealing the previous bag and sealing the bottom of the next bag.

Operator's actions: The operator monitors the product level in the loading hopper, installs the film, adjusts the dose, and other variable parameters. The operator then places the finished products into a group package (if the group packaging option is not enabled).
