without a dosing unit
Purpose: For automatic packaging into 3-seam "stick" bags from a roll of film.
Products: Piece products or kits – metal, plastic, ceramic items, hardware, components or spare parts, etc.
Packaging materials: BOPP films, laminates, laminated paper, multilayer films. Thickness – from 20 to 70 µm.
Operating principle: The film is unwound from the roll, passes through a tension roller and a photo mark control zone. On the collar-type forming device, the strip of packaging material is shaped into a tube. The longitudinal/center seam is sealed. Then the horizontal sealing jaws form two transverse seals and cut between them. This simultaneously seals the previous bag and creates the bottom of the next one. Once the new bag is formed, the operator manually inserts the product into the hopper, after which it passes through the filling tube into the prepared bag. Then the operator presses a button or pedal to seal the bag and advance the film to the desired length. The bag length is controlled by a printed photo mark on the film, or—if the film has no mark—by a preset length on the machine.
Operator's actions: The operator manually inserts the product into the bag, loads the film, adjusts variable parameters, and collects the finished products into group packaging (if the group packaging option is not installed).
